Standing on the edge of Horseshoe Bend is an exhilarating feeling, seeing this place for the first time was a feast for the eyes. Captured images just don’t do it justice, the sheer size of this canyon is difficult to capture on camera. On this particular day I was faced with strong winds that made standing on the edge very dangerous, and yet I was drawn to sheer drop below. I captured this image as I stayed low to ground securing myself by wedging my feet into the rock.
